Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

All reservations require advance payment to secure your activity date. Rates shown at the time of booking are final and already include taxes and service fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least two days before the tour are eligible for a refund with a ten percent administration fee.
• No refund is available for late cancellations, missed departures, or no show.
• Tours may be rescheduled or refunded in full if they must be cancelled due to weather or safety considerations.

Change of Booking

Guests may modify their booking up to 48 hours before the tour without additional charges. Requests received after this timeframe cannot be accommodated.
