Entering and Exiting with Safety in Mind

All passengers must go through a pre-flight safety briefing and follow all instructions from the pilot and/or helicopter staff for their own safety.
Always only approach the helicopter from the front or side. Never approach the helicopter from the rear!
Wait for the pilot’s signal before approaching the helicopter. If in a group, approach the helicopter one at a time. Hold firmly onto hats and loose objects.
Always leave the helicopter in the same direction you entered, from the front or side, and ensure that you are in the safety areas marked green on the map.
Do not wave your arms, jump, or perform any other dangerous actions while near the helicopter. Follow all instructions from the pilot or staff when entering
or exiting the helicopter. Please ensure proper wear of your safety vest during
the entire tour and refrain from tampering with it for safety reasons.

Flight Organization Rules

Bali Midori Helicopter Rental has the right to refuse any passenger
- Passengers who are apparently under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Passengers whose transportation presents a danger to themselves and/or
  other passengers
- Passengers who are abusive to ground handling agent staff, security staff, and crew members
- Those who fail to comply with the instructions given by helicopter crew members, ground handling staff, or agents in relation to air transport safety.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and be able to sit in their own seat. Children under 2 years old may sit on the knees of their parent or guardian.
Helicopters have a maximum load capacity and weight distribution requirements that help ensure the safety of all passengers.
Passengers with disabilities or special needs must inform the staff before the flight and follow all instructions given to ensure their own safety.
Follow all other rules and regulations as indicated by the pilot or staff. Passengers are required to arrive 15 minutes before their flight schedule. If passengers are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled flight, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the flight without a refund in these circumstances. Please make sure to arrive on time to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that all flight times listed are approximate and subject to change due to various factors such as weather conditions, unavailable landing sites, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We do not operate flights during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or poor visibility for your safety and comfort. If your flight is canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative flight or tour. No additional fees will be charged or flight rescheduling due to weather conditions.

Prohibited

Flying under the influence of alcohol
Flights with animals
Bringing firearms, knives, sharp objects, weapons, compressed gases, explosives and flammable materials to the helipad or inside the helicopter
Smoking during flight
Unbuckling seat belts during flight
Opening or closing helicopter doors during the movement of the helicopter

Acceptance of Risk

By choosing to take a flight, the traveler willingly and fully assumes all risks associated with such travel, both foreseeable and unforeseen. Our company reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the route or tour details. Booking a flight or using our services signifies the acceptance and understanding of these terms by the traveler and their companions or group members. They also agree to provide copies of this document to any accompanying individuals and explain that their decision to travel is in accordance with these terms. If you are booking flights for minors under the age of 18, you are giving permission for them to fly with us and they are also agreeing to these terms.
In addition to reading these terms, the traveler will be provided with information on safety procedures and any additional requirements at the time of booking. The acceptance of these terms is a condition of carriage and is required for all passengers. Our company and its employees are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the flight, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Personal Data

We may request passport copies for each passenger for security purposes, and all
personal data will be handled and stored in compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations. Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and secure.
