Bali Midori provided professional multi-day travel services for the BR Convenience Store Bali Incentive Trip 2025, held from 8–12 December 2025.
This 5 Days 4 Nights incentive trip was attended by 60 participants from Malaysia and involved multiple destinations across Bali. Bali Midori managed all airport transfers, intercity transportation, daily program movements, and logistics support, supported by a scalable fleet to ensure smooth, punctual, and comfortable travel throughout the program.
Itinerary & Transportation Support
DAY 1 – 08 December 2025 | Arrival & Welcome Dinner
- 18:35 hrs – Group A and Group B arrived at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
- Bali Midori handled airport arrival transfers using:
- 2 units Bus (35 seats)
- 2 units Luggage Van
Including VIP parking access and luggage coordination
- Guests proceeded through immigration and customs, then met the local tour guide at the arrival hall
- Transfer to Ikan Bakar Cianjur for dinner
- After dinner, transfer to hotel for check-in and rest
Overnight stay: Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua
DAY 2 – 09 December 2025 | Ubud Cultural Experience
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Bali Midori provided intercity transfers from Nusa Dua to Ubud using:
- 2 units Bus (35 seats)
- 2 units Luggage Van
- Transfer to Grand Puncak Sari for lunch buffet
- Coordinated transportation to:
- Tegalalang Rice Terrace
- Ubud Palace
- Ubud Market
- Transportation support for Vintage VW Ride experience
- Evening transfer to Bale Udang for dinner
- Transfer back to hotel
Overnight stay: Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua
DAY 3 – 10 December 2025 | Team Building Program
- Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
- Bali Midori managed group transfers to the team building venue using:
- 5 units Toyota Hiace
- 2 units Luggage Van
- Team building activity at Nara Sari Hidden Place
- Lunch at the venue
- Transfer to the villa for rest
Overnight stay: Bumbak Park Villas
DAY 4 – 11 December 2025 | Adventure & Gala Dinner
- Breakfast at the villa
- Transfers arranged by Bali Midori to Bali Quad Bike using:
- 5 units Toyota Hiace
- 2 units Luggage Van
- ATV adventure activity
- Buffet lunch at the venue
- Transfer back to the villa and preparation for gala dinner
- Evening transfer to Lv8 Resort Hotel for a private beach gala dinner
- Return transfer to the villa
Overnight stay: Bumbak Park Villas
DAY 5 – 12 December 2025 | Departure
- Breakfast at the villa and check-out
- Bali Midori handled final airport transfers using:
- 5 units Toyota Hiace
- 2 units Luggage Van
- 13:05 hrs – Group A and Group B departed from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
