Rental Price (1) for Prewedding/Photoshoot/Videoshoot/Video Clip Shooting/Drop & Pick Up:
- For locations in Ungasan, Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Nusa Dua: The rental period starts from the scheduled car usage time. For example, if Guest A books a prewedding photoshoot at Melasti Beach on Monday, January 18, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM WITA (2 hours), the rental period starts at 4:00 PM WITA (the car will be at Melasti Beach). If the guest is not ready to start shooting until 4:30 PM WITA, the rental period will still start at 4:00 PM WITA as scheduled (to avoid disrupting other schedules, as we can accommodate multiple couples for prewedding shoots in a day).
- For locations outside of the areas mentioned above: A travel fee will be added to the rental price. For example, if Guest B books a prewedding photoshoot in the Kintamani area on Tuesday, January 21, from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM WITA (1 hour duration), the rental price will include the 1-hour rental fee plus the round-trip travel fee from the garage to the location.
Marvia Classic Car Rental Terms and Conditions
- Bookings must be made at least 1 day before the event date. It is recommended to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- The renter must provide the date, time, and duration of the rental, as well as the selected rental package.
- Bookings are secured with a 50% deposit of the rental price.
- Full payment is due on the day of the rental.
- Cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The deposit will be forfeited.
- If the renter uses the car for longer than the agreed-upon time, overtime charges will apply.
- If the renter does not use the full rental duration (as per the chosen package), the remaining time cannot be carried over to another day or rental.
- Changes to the rental time or duration are subject to availability.
- The rental package includes a driver, fuel, and car cleaning.
- The rental package does not include entrance fees, parking fees, flower decorations, name plates, or other decorations.
- The use of double tape to mount flowers or decorations is strictly prohibited as it can damage the car’s paint. Clear tape is the only acceptable alternative. The renter is responsible for any paint damage caused by double tape.
- Weather conditions (rain) are beyond the control of Marvia Classic Car Rental and are the renter’s responsibility.
- For photo or video shoots that require the renter to drive the vehicle, the renter must have a valid driver’s license.
- Marvia Classic Car Rental will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by its driver, whether intentional or unintentional.
- The renter or passengers will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves, whether intentional or unintentional.
- By paying the 50% deposit, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions above.
