The above recommendations will take effect from June 9, 2023. Here are the complete details regarding the health protocols outlined in Circular Letter Number 1 of 2023 (Surat Edaran No 1 Tahun 2023)
- All travelers, both domestic and international, individuals participating in public facilities, and organizers of large-scale activities should continue to take personal measures to protect themselves from COVID-19 transmission, as well as:

- It is recommended to continue COVID-19 vaccination until receiving the second booster dose or the fourth dose, especially for individuals at high risk of COVID-19 transmission.
- It is permissible not to use a mask if in good health and not at risk of contracting or transmitting COVID-19. However, it is advised to continue wearing a properly covered mask when in an unhealthy condition or at risk of COVID-19, before and during travel and activities in public facilities.
- It is recommended to carry hand sanitizer and/or use soap and running water to wash hands regularly, especially after coming into contact with commonly used objects.
- For individuals who are unwell and at risk of contracting or transmitting COVID-19, it is advised to maintain distance from others or avoid crowded places to prevent transmission.
- It is advised to continue using the SATUSEHAT application to monitor personal health.
- All managers and operators of transportation facilities, public facilities, and large-scale activities, together with local governments, are recommended to:
